Wind Within the Water Mirror

This is the last picture that will ever grace the surface of my trusted art pad. The picture you see now is what has been drawn on my art pad’s final page.<br />

I know the lyrics are from Kaze no Uta and not from Mizu Kagami, but I couldn't resist the title. I found Nuriko's lyrics matched the picture better and Chichiri's title captured the picture far better than Nuriko's.<br />

The title of the picture, Wind Within the Water Mirror, comes from a combination of the song titles that are displayed in the picture. Kaze no Uta means Melody of the Wind and Mizu Kagami means Water Mirror. So I came up with that title by combining the translations.<br />

I read this fan fiction about Nuriko and Chichiri and that's when I got the idea for this picture. Nuriko and Chichiri are, in my opinion, the two members of the Suzaku Seven that suffer the most from memories of their past. I drew them cry yet taking comfort in the presence of one another.<br />

Slight Shonen ai, but not too much since it's all implied. It's PG since it has to do with depression
