Anyway, tis a pic of Scar and dingocat's OC, Noel (Maddie's mom). Turns out that he has a thing for her XD he's 17 and she's like... in her 20's XD (i forgot).
And about the hat... I COULDNT DRAW THAT DAMN CHEF HAT XDD BELIEVE ME, I TRIED LIKE.... 965098574864 TIMES XDDDDD So I replaced it with a santa hat XD lawl
