Ultrafine Sharpie markers, Prismacolor markers, and BiC highlighter.
Sorry about the angle of the photo - I was having trouble getting the color adjusted right on the shot I took with indoors lights, so I used sunlight outside, which worked... but meant I was having trouble seeing what I was doing on my cell-phone screen and trying to keep the wind from constantly flipping my page. <.<
