A Skeletal Dragon of the Ultraverse. Since he can't tell us his real name (no vocal chords) he was dubbed Bob. (he does have a more epic name, but no one knows it)
Just so you know, I worked ~2 hours on this guy..and it was HARD trying to make the skeletal structure as accurate and proportional as possible without any references.
