Oh yeah!
PSP is still better, but GIMP is durable.
It is substantial enough that I can use it instead of PSP for a while. Until I get my computer back. It's a pain to use, really. Once you learn the short cuts though it makes it a lot easier.
So...this is a pic from one of the Manga...
Yay me. He's happy as ever. Took about two and a half hours. Millions of layers. Had the hardest time with the BG-as I always do.
