OC Concepts: Mel'O'Dai

Um... not much to say xD Just a picture of another Aeox character I have: Mel'O'Dai.

She loves to dance and has a job at a 'club'/pub entertaining the customers. She's the first Aeox to be born on the Twin Planets (think age about 17ish but really she's much, much older) and as such ignores the Ancients and their rules.

Mel'O'Dai has a thing for Mirne but due to her culture 'pairing' is taboo (Aeox breed via Automictic parthenogenesis*). She's too frightened to show more than friendly interest in her. She loves attention from males of all species and sometimes shyly firts with them.

She's a shy girl but once she's dancing she overcomes it. Mel lives with her mother who works as a florist.

*Automictic parthenogenesis: Since her race had only one gender, males and females did not exist. However the closest thing to their gender was female and so there reproduction could be called Automictic parthenogenesis. This is when a set of chromosomes from the ‘mother’ combines with a copy of itself. Since the cell division happens in the same way as a sperm and egg, only half the genetics from the Mothers cells are passed on to the child. Each child differs from each other as well as their Mother. </i>
