Brief History:

He was the eldest son of Papa (Big Sal) Omerta, and the next in line to become the leader of the family once his father passed. However, he had become increasingly suspicious that his son was involved in things that would make the family ‘look bad’ in the eyes of Mr. House. Upon doing some searching, it came into light that instead of marrying someone that could give him heirs to the Casino Legacy, Chiano went and married a ghoul woman behind his father’s back. Enraged and disgusted, he ordered his men to grab Chiano and his wife, and while Chiano was forced to watch, they killed her, very, very slowly. When his father’s hands finally turned upon Chiano, he grabbed his dearest son by the chin and took out a rusted butter knife, slipping it inside his left cheek, and beginning to saw away at the flesh. The words that Chiano heard through the jeers and the taunts of his own thugs, was ‘If you want to marry corpses, I’ll make sure you’ll only look good to them.’ After dealing the damage, and allowing his men to beat him, Chiano was thrown out into the wasteland with a revolver and the bloodied, stained clothing on his back, though his sympathetic younger brother left him with a small fortune in his bag.
