HOLY F*CKING SH!T! THAT IS AMAZING!

It is an excellent painting despite your lack of painting inspiration! To make the picture even more interesting, you could draw a blackening stem that is also bleeding dark green colors- because dark colors with red looks really nice.

The incredibly bland background is a shame, but the appropriate shadings of the petals is nice! HAZAES!

A picture doesn´t have to have a thousand details in the bg to look good, besides, that isn´t the vision I had when I started the painting, this is what I wanted to do and it´s good for what it is since it´s the way I visualized it.

-Terribly sorry if it seems like I am imposing ideas or anything! I think it looks fine on its own too. However, what you visualize in the beginning can be built on later after you see the results, so others suggestions will not undermine your visions at all; you choose whether they can be used are not, no worries!

I know it can be built on, I´ve done that several times in the past. I´m just saying that I do not wish to go further with this particular picture, ´cause it is how it´s supposed to be, it´s perfect, it looks the way I wanted it to look, that´s all.

I like it, it's not so much details, so you can look at the whole picture, and realize it's fantastic! Great rose!

I'm not a huge fan of acrylic myself. It has that tendency to go as hard as rock after a while :P
