G-Gyarados (well his head anyway)

Description

I've done his whole body before but never posted it. Mainly because the head was too big. I try occasionally the redraw him but it never comes out right. But I love drawing his adorable face so much I had to post that at least.

That is amazing line work! His expression looks so stern and it works so well with the mask.
