My friend Ladaya_Solo and I made up this game called Bloo Basket, and my character is Rhianna. I'm also Kisa. Ladaya is Andrea and Kagura. Anyhoo, I was trying to draw Haru (the bangs), but it was really messed up, so I played off of it and made a girl who practically screams rebellion and has storm power. She looks like she could possibly be Kyo or Haru's younger sister.

Your colouring is very good (the best is the skin... it's usually difficult colouring it U_U).
And I luv the face, so determinated, and the hair style ^^
