Something from the vaults. Thought I'd show I did at one point pick up something other than a pencil.

I got a thick piece of black board and carved into it with a blade. Just enough to reveal the white underneath.

I love positive/negative stuff so I'd like to do something like this again. But maybe with a pencil.

Trinity_FireOh my god. D: This is so radically different, yeah, but it's also so freakin' awesome. XD You CAN shade! And really well, too. D: Why don't you do this more often??? XD;
Awesome though, really. I love all those linesets, crosshatching, etc. Really, really amazing. :)
Sweet piece.

G76Why don't I tone? or why don't I carve? I do practice toning...I'm way off doing it in a drawing though. And carving...well...I don't know what I was thinking with that.

marschiboi(O_O)......this is soo different from your usual art......its so weird.
but somehow i think i recognise your style. a tiny little bit. i dont know, maybe around the eyes...?

did you like doining this? i guess it was very difficult to do the highlights instead of the dark parts.

G76Yeah, it was hard getting my brain to think of just highlights. It took awhile but I started getting into it about half way through. I guess I should've done some pencil guide lines or something, but as frustrating as it was, it was good to do something a bit more spontaneous, and not plan it so much.

I see some of my 'eye style' too. Even in something a bit more crafty...I still do eyes the same way. :P
