On Saturday I attended my first 24 Hour Comic Book Day. If you haven't heard of it, it's a day when all around the world, people get together and try to produce a 24 page comic in 24 hours, without any pre-planning. It was a great day and good to be around so many people making comics.

Yeah...around the 18 hour mark I was wondering what the hell I was doing. XD Seemed like a good idea, until that lack of sleep kicked in.Things are going to get a little sketchier...particulary towards the end. I was running out of time at one point and so my concern for lines went out the window. And I'm going to leave all my pencil construction in...so that'll show a bit more sketchiness too. ;)
Because on the day you're not supposed to plan anything I was making this story up on the fly. I looked at it later and saw soooo much stuff that I wished I had've done or tweaked a bit. So it's not one of my 'planned' stories...just what I could think up while I was drawing the page.

I certainly know how that goes. My Creative Design class has put me into a sloppy drawing slump. I'm partially ashamed of my gallery. -_-'

Anyway~ awesome first page so far~ I really like the backwards view. And holy hell; it'd take me days to ink one page; I'm sorry, I just can't get over the fact that you did... 24 pages... in 24 hours... MY GOD.
Also, I think I'm going to be seriously loving these 24 pages, because they're gonna be (I hope (?)) a little sloppier and GOSH I CAN SEE YOUR PENCIL LINES. D:
