I was talking to the person I did the last faun picture for and she was saying that she wanted to see another one but couldn't think of an idea so I just randomly started throwing out some ideas of what could be done next. I blurted out "there could be a group of them all dancing and having a party thing" and she immediately went "YEAH! DO THAT ONE!"
DOH!
I put it off for weeks because it seemed too daunting but then I did a little sketch and I got quite excited about it. I liked the opportunity to take the standard image of a faun and come up with different variations...older, younger etc.
