RickytheRockstar did a design of Catwoman done in a haute couture style and when I saw it it made me think of a Batman set in the 1800s so I thought I'd try drawing something like that.
I realised that there was an actual Batman set in the 1800s but I didn't look at it. I didn't want to be influenced away from what I wanted to do.
