I recoginize at least three of them (the one in the left hand corner, unless I am mistaken, was the first, right? He has an almost ghostly quality to him...not sure if that was intentional, tho...)

No, he wasn't the first but the second (the first is in the right at the top)however he is most well known.

Okay...What was the actor's name then? (the one who did the first Superman) Was his Superman very different? (also a point of curiosity, since each actor has his own way of interpreting a role). Also, are any of his films still to be found anywhere? (If any?)

And now to your questions:
The first actor to incarnate Superman was named Kirk Alyn, and he did two serials about the character: "Superman" (1948) and "Atom Man vs. Superman" (1950).

I don't know how difficult it would be to find this serials since I don't live in the US and here is practically impossible to find things like that except maybe in internet. So, because of that I don't know how his interpretation of the character was, sorry.
