You did quite a nice job with the shadow on her neck as well as mirroring the proportion of the two images.
I like the surreality of it, and how the blood trickles down across the rib cage.
Bravo.
The only thing that I might suggest as a change; is, perhaps, to shade the horns on her chest and her head. They look somewhat two-dimensional in comparison to the other features.
But it's just a thought.
