I love that the stomachs look like monster faces. Nice symbolism. It really is a bad decision to fall into. You should take action to change your body in the good way(normal diet, normal exercise). Do not go cold turkey and think that giving your body such a shock because you are too impatient to see results the proper way will get you the proper results. It is just not worth it.
