Another Knight of the Omega Council, Rasseo's ability is that of manipulating time. Can't think of much now, will update the info when I finally complete it.

yet again, awesome!!!!! wow ur good... but would u mind some constructive criticism? u need to work on ur faces just a little. other than that its perfect! i couldnt do better if i tried!
