This is Red Elriza at the peak of his power, having attained the ability to use both the Inner and Outer Wheel in conjunction. Well...yeah. The floating ring on his back is the Wheel of Ruin, and the sword is Red's initial weapon Helios. I'll provide more detail when the time comes.
