The Omega Council is finally completed. This is Vius Faruin, the most elusive member of the Knights. The cloth wrapped around his arm is the Mercurion, which is infinitely strengthened with wave to form the shape of a sword. However, his true ability is that of manipulating fate with a deck of cards, the only one of its kind within the ranks of the Knights.
Just a sketch at the moment, but I think the colored version would be coming soon.

i love how the wrap turns into a sword!! i love ur work! fav!!
allthough i do hope the swastikas are not 2 symbolize hitler :P
