Honestly I have no idea. But she says it once in episode twelve at the end of a question. *checks it* "How do you like the outfit? Don't you think it looks megas good on me? Well, nyoro?" All I know is that there's tons of 4koma (4 panel manga) of her as a chibi saying nyoro~n at the end of each one. Often involving her trying to get some smoked cheese. She's become really popular considering she's only a support character.
