this is a cool set, you do very well with expressions...but...are those maracas in her hair?

I think they're hair accessories meant to look like ox horns (Chun Li) to complement the chinese dress she wears under her uniform. Sometimes she throws them at people or the long thin part extends and becomes a mace-type weapon or they can be used for flight like a jet pack or something (given how random the show is sometimes).
