Boots look kind of big, but then again, they usually are in Megaman games. This one was simpler than the last. It didn't take as long.

The arm cannon reminds me of a cake frosting thingy.

I figured I would make her young with an attack like "Water Balloon". Aquaman's one of the shorter bosses anyways.

I agree, the whole "cute" thing works well here. The perspective on the arm cannon doesn't look entirely right (it's drawn like it's pointed backward slightly), but I don't think the foot size is a problem, and the light-sourcing is top-notch shiny as always. Well done!
