This guy is vargas. made the name up in like 30 secs so thats why it sucks. Funny i made the jewel thing last b/c he looked like a begger o.O. N e ways this is my first try on photoshop. pretty good if you ask me. srry for the 2 second background. couldnt think of anything else =P oh well. enjoy...his eyes are freaky o_O
