Tried to give it a Paper Mario-ish look. Drew it out of memory, then I checked a pic of him and saw I got the cape wrong. ;; Eh, close enough though. ^^ I made this for a friend. Also decided not to include the... thing in his hair (shoot me for not knowing what it's called) because I couldn't fit it in easily.<br />
Also: omg the stuff I put up here on FC a long time ago sucks so horribly. ._.
