There are a lot of jungle girls in comics, movies and stories, though mostly way back in time. Kind of a genre onto it self.
The look tends to be quite similar. :) 

Perhaps it's difficult to find them fitting clothes, which don't look like a hide bikini or a crudely sewn dress. ;)
