Alfred "Lash" LaRue was an actor most known for starring in B-westerns in the 40s and 50s playing a character with his own name, Lash LaRue. The character used a bullwhip in different ways to get out of sticky situation.
LaRue was active in the movie business pretty much up to his death in the 90's. One thing he did was to train Harrison Ford in how to use the bullwhip for the first Indiana Jones movies.
