The hair looks a bit odd with the shiny/glittery color, but it gives the eyes and kimono such a cool texture! :D While I don't recommend coloring everything with glitterpens, it clearly can make certain things (like Hinata's eyes and satiny clothing) look very good.
your style is...deflated its rounded at every corner and looks as if you did it in fifteen minuets. I'd say get a manga coloring book or something and learn from that, or copy over and over manga from Shonen jump, after you do that your style should be more...natural. Keep drawing though, you will get better.
