Just a thingy of Galadriel I did before I realized it was more efficient to just color pictures by hand rather than try to modify them on paint. This was one of the first ones on a comp I ever did.

I thought I was the only one who liked Lord of the rings.... I've read every book, including the hobbit! ^^ a/w, I'm going to have to say, I like wat you did on Paint shop, I think you pulled it off nicely. good job. Though, personally, I think I do better with Photoshop then by hand!
