Fanart100: Beginnings

Weeee I'm finally starting the fanart100 challenge! ^.^ Note: this will be moved to scraps once I CG it! I just can't get myself into the mood to CG it currently! Thankyou!

I'm happy with how it turned out though, as I think the characters look exactly as they should. I managed to portray Kali exactly as she appears in my mind, so that makes me happy X3

And heres hoping FCK likes my rendition of Takeshi, as he is her character. I put this under fantasy rather then fan-art because even though they are technically Inuyasha OC's, they're still original characters and thus should be treated as such.

But yes, this is the picture for the Beginnings theme. Whats happening is that Kali was washing herself to get rid of the blood of the demons she'd slain when Takeshi found her and kind of snuck up on her. Since Kali's a very suspicious person she immidiately goes to reach for her weapons, all the while keeping her gaze on the 'intruder', her ears pinned to her head and her tail fuzzed out. Takeshi looks like he's about to laugh at her actions.
