IndyGirlWow really good I have some books at my house and there how to draw horses but I just trace them I haven't really done it with just looking at the picture and sketching it on another peace of paper but I know how to write storys about horses but other than that very cool

HoodieWell thanks very much! Tracing is actually a pretty good way to learn the shapes. I probably should have done that a few times before trying to draw a portrait lol.

HoodieLineart looks nicely detailed in the first one, and the second one's shading is very good.

Try putting the two together. Start shading all of your lineart. You're very talented--you'll get the hang of it in no time, trust me =)
