My half of an art trade with luckylace222.

I don't really know what to say. I completely failed to do anything even remotely close to what she requested haha... and yet I drew this for her... so now I'm sheepishly trying to pass it off as "close enough."

I don't even have a good excuse. I just got so distracted... next thing I knew, I was slinging blue everywhere! And the girl isn't even pretty...

I'm so lame... I hope I can be forgiven! haha

She IS beautiful. She seems like the wonderful beautiful kelpies that rips your flesh deep down in the lake after it lured you in with its beautiful pretty pink lips! CLOSE ENOUGH IS, IN THIS CASE, GOOD ENOUGH. I use that excuse all the time! Art-trades are meant to be interpreted separately!

Ah, I'm so relieved that you like it. I pretty much did the opposite of what you asked me to, so I was feeling kind of guilty about it hahah. I was thinking "evil mermaid" the whole time I was drawing this, actually. Great minds think alike, eh?

In any case, you're extremely welcome, and I'm so glad you like it! (even without the glorious pink lips lol.)
