The Smiley Saga - Part 4B

To animate a gif, you must make EVERY frame and save it as a separate .GIF file. If you don't have a sprite animator and you're doing stuff like mine, you're screwed. I reccomend the deadly (And cheap) duo of Microsoft Image Composer and Microsoft GIF Animator. If you don't know what sprites are, it's like powerpoint sort of... instead of paint, you layer and put things on top of eachother. Something isn't always final. In MS paint, once you paint on the smiley, it's final. I'm not dure if you can find a free GIF animator, but Here's two reccomendations:
Microsoft GIF animator: Affordable and user-friendly
Jasc GIF Animator: If you've seen Mightyboy7's work, this is his program. He swears by it.
