I love his hair! And I gotta say, I love the outfits you put your characters in. They're all so pretty.
Critique: his neck seems too thick in proportion to his head. I know in real life necks are thicker than in anime, but for an anime-style drawing it looks out of proportion. I think some of your other head shots also have thick necks. And also, the lines you put on his neck to show his Adam's apple and that muscle (don't know what the muscle's called)... I think you should show they're there with skin colours, not black; the muscle in particular is usually only evident enough for darker emphasis when the character has their head turned to the side, becuase then it bulges out.
Overall though, great picture! The critiques were just smallish gripes, I just spent a long time drescribing them. Keep drawing!!
