So, here it is. Sorry about the rings on the edge. The picture is in my sketch book/pad/whatever. I didn't know what catagory to put it in so I just put it in Sonic the Hedgehog.....I hope you like it

great shades, and outfits nice eyes and colors tooi like the tail
i luv it!!!! its okay if ou spelled Horatio wrong one of my friends spelt it wrong but it wasnt even close xD
