This works best if you know both the Discworld Death and what he is holding in his hand. I bet very few, if any at all, knows the "Jolly" coke. Well, it's a coke that taste different than coca cola, let's put it like that.
Well, I was sitting in a car and somebody was drinking a "Jolly" coke. Then suddenly I could hear Death asking "Is this...jolly?" inside my head and I couldn't help sniggering. That idea went on to this.
For those of you who doesn't know the reference to what he says, then - too bad. Can't really explain, you have to read yourself.

I don't know what Jolly Coke is, but I still think this is funny X3 Hogather's a great book.
