First off, this is for my long-time buddy, Brooke. This is her character, Liei. ^_^
Second, I apologize for not posting anything in ages, as well as not having a Christmas pic for this year. I'll work on Easter.
This was an art trade of sorts, since Brooke wanted something to draw. I suggested drawing Storm. So she said she'd draw Storm if I drew her character, Liei. So here we go :3
