i draw lightly before shading because it makes things easier to erase anyways this is a good picture of sesshoumaru You did but the tip of his chin is a little bit to long there are some minor adjustments that need to be made but other then that.everything else looks Wonderful

your right it was drawn in a hurry! its onlt my first pic on fanart central... and i appreciat tips but it is nice to geat positives too. i would have 100s of pics on here but there all on lined paper, so they were rejected.

I think you are good at shading, actually, very good shading!! The shading is 3-D, good job. The picture seems very slightly disproportionate; like it was drawn to quickly or something. The bangs of Sesshomaru are too jagged. The ends of hair, of course, should be pointed in Anime, but the rest should be smoothed out. Also, the middle m-shaped bangs should be evenly shaped and going in the direction of his face for that 3-D look, and shaded underneath the m-shape so it emphasize it’s going up then down and there is hair underneath [so it’s realistic]. His face is too pointed and also slanted upward right; it's an awkward angle for a face. Something I learned to help get proportionate perspectives is to lightly sketch my picture first, so it's easy to erase and figure out where to put each perspective, then darken and shade ect. So everything looks less jagged ect. I'm not saying you pic is bad cuz it's not. It's good! Just helping, I hope. I’m going to be an art teacher, can u tell. Lol@me. I know all my comments are WAY too long.
