So the one at the top is Akiara (or just Ara, if you prefer). She's the oldest out of her and her sister Akiana (bottom). They're twins. They hate each other. Akiara killed their parents and now Akiana wants revenge.
=] But this was before that so they don't hate each other MUCH at the moment. x.x Still hate it. Rah. I stole the poses out of my friend's "How to Draw Manga" book.
