Seeing that Kathy has been telling Jeffery that he has been slacking off and not doing any intene workout. And even volunteered to help him . What Kathy didn't realise, Jeffery decided to be a smartarse and decided to put Kathy over his shoulders and use her as a weightlifter whilst he is doing some squat workout.
