Foam Neopet Shoyru

Description

I carved a Shoyru as requested by Firiel. ---bad photos sorry---badly collaged, too...wish I had undisturbed time so I could do things right.

I thinks it's cute even though it's kinda sloppy and uneven.

As predicted, my 4 year old grandson Roderick tried to steal it before it was done, but I got it back and carved it a bit more first.

Awh, she's a sweetie. :) I like her headspike, the angle of her tail, and the curvature of her wings. Yeah, it is kinda rough, but it's still nice. We can call it an impressionistic Shoyru?

LOL yep. impressionistic is a nice description of how I carve foam. I like that. I'm gonna start calling it that. :D Impressionistic foam carvings.

Just realized I automatically gendered it female because both my Shoyrus have been girls. 0.o I guess it could be a boy Shoyru instead.

She was fun [and I didn't even consider gender, so it can be a girl] I wished I had chosen an easier shape of foam to start out. I will probably do a better version eventually when I have a nice chunk of foam and more time.
