When Gold Turns Grey

Description

A request I got of Arwen in Lothlorien after Aragorn's death. I decdied to do the background first so I knew I would actually put in the detail required. Unfortunately, it left me winded for Arwen. Sorry, but I did love doing the trees-- and that little stair piece there =)

Thanks, haha. I had to go buy a fan brush just for the grass. Made it much easier!

That is amazing I like how you capture all the little details of the forest and especially the grass @_@

No problem ^^ I'm glad you like it =) I didn't think you'd be as impressed since I wasn't able to pull out Arwen as well as I'd hoped. She was about to be in purple, when I suddenly recalled she was in mourning. Then she sort of got lost in the pic, but now that I know you're happy it makes me feel much better ^^

I am so freaking out on this and can't believe you actually did this at my request!! The quality captures that dreamlike image that you imagine. I LOVE the trees and the way they came out!
