This is Jamie in a cell being drained by the humans. Her powers are to be extracted permanently and to later be executed.

What basically happened is that some of the Academy's student's were accused of vandalism, theft, and homicide of some government agents who were Guardians from the FBI. So they were set up and falsley accused.
