This is my 4th contest entry that I am submitting for Jeffrey Anderson's Fanart contest at http://www.sailorenergy.net . The rules are simple. Submit a fanart picture to him, doesn't even have to be Sailor Moon, it can be of any anime. But, the picture must tell a story, showing off what characters or a character is doing without word bubbles, like "Hey what's up?" Anyways, to get more info on that, visit his site. The reason why Rei's not in school uniform is because they're studying at her house so she has the option to change her clothes. Still working on my fan-manga!!!
