Sparky, as you may or may not have noticed, is one of those 'Daredevil' type of person, always looking for some sort of thrill...at the age of 9, he was introduced to Hoverboarding and gained his first and only hoverboard, Fallen Lightning.
 
Sparks was looked down upon when he first started, since he was an amateur and joining the 'Professional' tournaments...but he kicked all of their asses and came out on the top of each of them.
 
Sparky's board is interesting because when turning, it will flip onto the other side, and it's engines will flip around to the opposite side and be powered by another set of air-pumps...some question whether or not this could count as cheating or not...
 
Anywho, this is the living Sonic Rider version of Sparky. Hope ya like. ^.^
