Description

I thought I'd try to practice a bit on some background ideas...and underwater was one of them.

No, it doesn't have fish or anything of the like..it was mere a test to see if I could get the look of water down to a picture...and all I used was the Burn and Dodge tools for all the shading/lighting, and the gradient tool for the actual water.

Awesome. I love people who aren't afraid to use the good old dodge and burn. I use them for most of my shading. XP People have told me that's cheating, but I figure, it's fast, and it looks just as good as doing it the hard way, so...
