One day, Sparks ends up getting tracked down by Katrina's brother and finds out he does have noble blood in him. Katrina's mother was a Dread Countess who left her title for her ambition with science and mechanics....and Katrina died before she was given the opportunity, so Sparks is offered to take her place. The town, though they are of current times, still require a ruler and they eagerly go to great lengths to please Sparks.
Well, Sparks accepts and now has his own land, his own manor -squee- and his favorite, his own town to torment....so, he's happy and content with wearing the outfit as long as he controls stuff....man, talk about an easy way to get up the social ladder. XD
