Pandemonium is one of the dwindling race that has been at war with Dreamweaver's race since before time came to be. They are just as technologically advanced as the Weavers, but see fit to a more aggressive lifestyle, thus while their numbers are so small.
Pandemonium's hands are a small example of their alien technology. On his right are two large blades, used exclusively for combat and able to separate into four fingers for interaction with objects. Both are able to shrink their blades so they don't present a risk with breaking objects. <.<
