One of my old Sonic characters, Biohazard, redone.
Unknown is his past, but what is known is that he's a walking threat to whatever is affected by radiation. He has the power to irradiate things, mutating them or killing them depending on what he wants. This power turns on and off as he wishes. He is also an exceptional sharpshooter. :3
Yeah, he's super-colorful...I like him though. X3
