Description
This is my character Bela from my online comic. She was named after Bela Lugosi because hes one of my favourite actors. I finally figured out a good way to do rain in Photoshop, thanks to some tutorial. THe rain in the foreground was done in a way I made up XD Yep. I hate umbrellas, for I cannot draw them. Done in Photoshop.

overall visual appeal, but the left eye and the mouth are in the wrong place. Also, work on your hands..its eerily thin.constructive criticism. This is an extremely wonderful picture, and i am only giving you advice to make it look more professional. great job on the rain. I bet it took you forever.

that's nice :) I've done rain like that before in photoshop but I never have the right scenario for rain. nice :)
